Knowledge managers are responsible for the management design, development, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance of knowledge management systems. This involves maintaining working relationships with subject matter experts. The successful candidate will create a process to easily identify knowledge required to meet organizational needs and determine the appropriate structure and format in the knowledge management system, and determine the sources and acquisition methods for the knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of knowledge management systems and implementation
  • Project management skills
