Anshuman
Jaswal is an analyst in Celent’s Securities and Investments
group and is based in the Bangalore office. Mr. Jaswal has
varied experience in Corporate Banking (erstwhile UTI Bank),
Research and Consulting (AC Nielsen ORG-Marg) and finally
Insurance (ICICI Prudential Life Insurance). At UTI Bank, he
worked with some of the leading companies in India, providing
credit-related services. He was part of a three-person team that
set up ICICI Prudential’s network of branches for high net
worth clients. He has also been a founding partner in an
education-based business.
Mr. Jaswal has done his B.Sc. Economics (Honours) from SOAS,
University of London, with a specialization in the Economics of
Japan, China and India. He then did an MBA in Finance from NMIMS,
a top ten B-school in India. Mr. Jaswal has recently submitted
his Ph.D. thesis in Economics at India's premier B-school, IIM
Ahmedabad. He is fluent in English and Hindi, and has also
studied basic level French and German.
