Jean-Marie Ubigau is an analyst in Celent’s banking group and based in Buffalo, New York. Her research focuses on retail banking trends and digital and omnichannel banking.
Prior to joining Celent, Jeannie worked in sales support and client services at Merrill Corporation. As a student, she was a research assistant for a number of data-driven research projects in psychology.
Jeannie graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University.
